Job Description
• Prints Biometrics Report daily for payroll purposes;
• Prepares monthly and weekly payroll though Payroll System;
• Distributes uniform for staff and manpower personnel;
• Checks completeness of Pre-Employment requirements of applicants and assists for initial interview;
• Updates List of Manpower and submits to the Head Office;
• Monitors leave applications of employees and prepares Monthly Leave Report;
• Collects Incident reports and prepares memorandum for employees with coordination to concern parties and to the HR Department;
• Liaises between employer and employees and propose strategies on how to strengthen and improve their relationship;
• Prepares Liquidation Report for Petty Cash Replenishment;
• Verifies all attachments of liquidation/ reimbursement before forwarding to the Head Office;
• Prepares daily weather chart and prints weather advisory based on PAGASA website;
• Responsible on document handling and all documentation at site office (e.g. Accomplishment Report, MRS, DR, RR, etc.)
• Controls project documents (e.g. billing, subcon files, outgoing and incoming letters, and the like);
• Coordinates with the Head Office regarding reports and other concerns of the project;
• Performs other duties AS AN ADMIN OFFICER that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specification
22-40 years old
At least 1year experience
Graduate of any 4 year business-related course
Keen observer
With strong interpersonal communication skills
