-Preferrably with experience with Site Coordination, Project Management, and Supplier Coordination
-Site experience is a must
-Must understand Structural, Electrical, Plumbing plans

Qualifications:
-BS Architecture Graduate
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion/Enscape
-Communication skills sufficient to coordinate with client, suppliers, and workers on site

Recent Gruaduates/Entry level interns are welcome to apply

Work Schedule will be Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm

-Hybrid Set Up
-will work under direct supervision of an Architect
-Preparation of Architectural Plans, Construction Drawings and Details, As-built Drawings
-Assist in presentation of drawings and materials to client
-Attending site visits, meetings and ocular visits
-Materials Estimate & procurement

Qualifications:

-willing to travel to site if necessary
