Ymaz Builders was founded by Engineer Ferdinand Ymaz, a very dedicated and experienced Civil engineer and contractor, who started the business in October 14, 1998. Ymaz Builders was registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission in the same year it started and is composed of highly-experienced and dedicated management team and personnel, results-oriented engineers and highly skilled work force.

Ferdinand Ymaz’ credibility, experience and exceptional expertise in the field of construction has developed and maintained an ongoing reputation for the company, providing clients with personalized attention and professionalism that they deserve. Thus, capably customizes each project to meet the individual needs and demands of their clients.
The company’s past and existing projects are a tangible testimony in their commitment to providing clients with state of the art building methodologies. It aims to constantly develop and use new construction technologies and construction methodology alternatives while refining its current system to be able to respond to the rising demands of the industry.
Through the years, Ymaz Builders has been commissioned to execute various projects ranging from basic structures, residential and commercial, special religious interior projects and other renovation works. In 2005, Ymaz Builders, ventured in the booming Philippine real estate industry with other partners. Starting from constructing two-unit townhouses, Ymaz Builders has come a long way, with building small-scale house and lot subdivisions with other amenities such as guard houses, swimming pool and playground for Filipino families to enjoy, as its most recent project.
