This modern minimalist mixed-use complex is designed to maximize functionality on a highly restricted, irregular flag-shaped lot. Its geometric, L-shaped layout follows the property boundaries to make the most of available space while creating an organized central courtyard for circulation and parking.
The narrow access corridor is transformed into an efficient vehicular and parking spine that directs visitors toward the main commercial area at the rear. Overall, the design prioritizes spatial efficiency, accessibility, and clean minimalist aesthetics.
