✔️ Zoning & Locational Clearances
✔️ Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC)
✔️ Sanitary Permit
✔️ Latest Real Property Tax receipt
✔️ IDs & PRC of your Architect & Engineers

📐 Signed & Sealed Plans:
🖊 Architectural – by your Architect
🖊 Structural – Civil/Structural Engineer
🖊 Electrical – Electrical Engineer
🖊 Plumbing/Sanitary – Sanitary Engineer or Master Plumber
🖊 Mechanical – (if applicable)
