After a year! The Quest for the Ms. Gay Ryba 2025 is finally back!

Qualifications:
📍 Exclusive for Rosalenians only
📍 Must be a bonified resident of Rosales.
📍 Please bring a copy of your birth certificate (PSA) or any proof that you are residing to your respective barangay.
📍 15 years old and above.
📍 With good moral character and pleasing personality

First 15 candidates only!
