Nestled within a serene farmland in Calantas, Floridablanca, this modern tropical farmhouse is envisioned as a peaceful retirement sanctuary for its US-based owners. Surrounded by open fields and framed by breathtaking mountain views, Fattoria Di Jersel is designed to embrace nature both visually and experientially.

Set on a generous rural property, the architecture responds thoughtfully to its environment. The single-storey structure features a clean, contemporary silhouette softened by tropical elements. Expansive windows line the façade, maximizing natural light, cross-ventilation, and uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. The home opens seamlessly to outdoor living areas, allowing the owners to fully enjoy the fresh air and panoramic scenery.

With a total gross floor area of 157 sqm, consisting of 102 sqm enclosed space and 55 sqm open areas, the layout balances privacy, functionality, and leisure.

Architectural Interiors: Living Room, Dining and Kitchen

The interiors of Casa Eliza follow a Mid-Century Modern style, defined by warm wood finishes, clean lines, and practical space planning. Mahogany wood is used for the cabinetry and wall panels, paired with sage green accents, subway tiles, and fluted glass cabinet doors for added texture.

The living area features a 4-meter high ceiling with wood panels, bringing warmth and openness to the space. A large mirror helps visually expand the room, while the dining table is integrated with the kitchen counter to make efficient use of the layout.

The palette of wood, soft greens, and neutral tones creates a warm and cohesive interior, balancing comfort, function and everyday living.

Paul & Danica’s Residence is a contemporary residential project located in Holy Angel Village Phase 2–3.
