Crafted to bring the client's vision to life, this project seamlessly combines a private residence with a growing café business. Situated on a prominent corner lot at the foot of Antenna Hill in Binangonan, Rizal, this development is envisioned as both the starting point and a welcoming rest stop for cyclists exploring the hill and its surrounding community.
Optimising its corner advantage, the design thoughtfully separates the private residential entrance from the café's more active frontage. This strategic planning allows both functions to coexist harmoniously, ensuring privacy for the homeowner while creating an inviting and accessible commercial space.
More than a mixed-use development, this project is designed with future growth in mind. The long-term vision includes expanding the property to accommodate Airbnb units. This layered approach adds depth and value to the development without compromising its overall cohesion.
