Looking for Office Secretary
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Abar 1st, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize office documents such as boq, contracts, reports, etc
- Assist with basic payroll and salary records
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate office communications and records
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational/college level preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn and work with minimal supervision
