🔹 JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Responsible for QA/QC documentation for the complete project, including:
- Certificates
- Calibration records
- Test results
- Inspection Requests (IR)
- Non-Compliance Reports (NCR)
- Site Instructions / Site Observations
- Permanent Materials Delivered
- Other QA/QC-related documents
✅ Develop Method Statements for project activities, including:
- Risk Assessments
- Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA)
- Inspection procedures
✅ Ensure and monitor the quality of work and activities throughout project implementation.
✅ Maintain precise knowledge of engineering construction, particularly in:
- Civil Works
- Architectural Works
- Structural Works
- Multidisciplinary/interfacing processes

📋 QUALIFICATIONS:
🎓 Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
⭐ Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
💼 With 1–3 years of experience in a related field
📑 Knowledgeable in QA/QC procedures and construction documentation
🏗️ Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction works
👷 Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining quality standards

JETHROCK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is looking for an Accounting Staff to join our team! 🧾💼

📍LOCATION: SAN JUAN, GREENHILLS, METRO MANILA

📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 Process AP Vouchers for weekly payroll payable to JCC
🔹 Encode Journal Entries and tag the appropriate tasks in the system
🔹 Process and monitor Weekly Payroll
🔹 Follow up collections from Site PICs (Project-in-Charge)
🔹 Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including:
• Invoicing
• Collections
• Reconciliation
• Email collection follow-ups
🔹 Update cheque references in the cheque booklet
🔹 Update and monitor projected billings from project sites
🔹 Prepare Head Office petty cash fund summaries with complete supporting documents for replenishment
🔹 Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

👤 QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related course
✅ With accounting experience is an advantage
✅ Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, billing, and reconciliation
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
✅ Good communication and follow-up skills
