FREYR & JOHANNS BUILDERS is looking for qualified and hardworking individuals to join our construction team for a project in TAGAYTAY.

🏗️ 1. SITE ARCHITECT – 1 POSITION

Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Architecture
• Licensed Architect is preferred but not required
• With relevant site/construction experience at least 2 years
• Knowledgeable in reading architectural plans and specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage
• Can supervise and coordinate site activities
• Can coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel
• Responsible, organized, and willing to work on-site

🔨 2. SKILLED LABORER – CARPENTER / PAINTER / MASON

Qualifications:
• With experience in construction works
• Preferably skilled in masonry, carpentry and/or painting works
• Knowledge in basic construction tools and materials
• Physically fit and hardworking
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Willing to work on-site in Tagaytay
