This modern tropical house is designed where boundaries dissolve and spaces flow effortlessly into one another. The bold gable form frames a warm, layered interior of wood and stone, creating both intimacy and grandeur. Vertical slats soften the façade, filtering sunlight and enhancing ventilation—perfectly suited for a tropical climate. Inside, the double-height volume and exposed roof structure celebrate airiness and spatial continuity. From the poolside terrace to the open-plan living spaces, every element is curated to blur the line between indoors and outdoors—inviting guests to experience comfort, tranquility, and immersion in nature all at once.

A contemporary residence that balances strength and warmth—concrete and steel meet natural wood and greenery, creating a home that feels both grounded and inviting.

This residence showcases a modern tropical design, defined by its clean horizontal lines, and a balanced use of natural and industrial materials. The facade emphasizes warm vertical wooden slats that not only provide privacy, but also filter natural light into the upper spaces. A strong contrast of concrete, wood, and dark metal framing highlights the home’s contemporary character.
