Provisions: Fully painted interior and exterior walls, ceramic or porcelain floor tiles, standard ceiling installations, complete plumbing and electrical layouts, standard bathroom fixtures, and basic kitchen countertops
🏡 2. ELEGANT FINISH (Approx. ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 / sqm)
Provisions: Achieving a refined, Mid-end look often comes down to the subtle details in material selection. For a warm minimalist or contemporary aesthetic, prioritizing clean lines and tactile surfaces makes a significant impact.
✨ 3. LUXURY FINISH (Approx. ₱30,000 - ₱45,000+ / sqm)
Provisions: High-end architectural finishes.
