Join our growing team and be part of exciting construction projects! We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our company on a full-time basis. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
✅ PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
✅ Fresh graduates or applicants with relevant work experience are welcome
✅ Knowledgeable in engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing engineering drawings
✅ Knowledge in 3D rendering using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software is an advantage
✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
✅ Willing to work in Santa Cruz, Laguna
Key Responsibilities:
👷 Assist in project planning, design preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation
👷 Prepare engineering drawings, plans, and 3D renderings for project presentations
👷 Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards
👷 Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
👷 Conduct project monitoring, quality control, and progress documentation
