Grading - ensuring proper drainage to establish a solid foundation and prevent water issues.
Sanitary & Water Supply - ensuring a reliable and safe water supply, proper drainage and waste management, and incorporating these systems into building designs.
Noise Direction - to manage and control sound within a building's interior and its interaction with the exterior environment.
Views and Vistas - a connection between the building and its surroundings.
Code/s - ensure public safety, health, and welfare by setting minimum standards for building construction and maintenance.
