Here are the qualification👇
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, PRC license is a must.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications can be advantageous.
2. Experience:
• At least 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on horizontal land development projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the Philippines.
3. Skills:
• Strong leadership and management abilities to oversee project teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge in project management applications is a big plus.
• Ability to effectively negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety on construction sites.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during the construction process.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
4. Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel to project sites within the Philippines.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours or overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
