A very exciting feeling to know that a once empty and monotonous spaces has been converted into a refreshing and full of character home that will greet the home owner of this condo unit. They started with a dream and we built it for them.

This unit was a typical turned over space with barely anything on it. The first impression of every unit owner is to improve it and to add their personal touch and character on it.

The Do it Yourself (DIY) instinct will definitely kick in, but eventually the reality will sink in that home remodeling is a very tedious and stressful endeavor for people who are busy with their family and work.

For DIY's you will personally do the following:

1. Designing
2. Costing
3. Material Sourcing
4. Skilled labor sourcing
5. Timeline monitoring

Above can be a very daunting task to do for non professionals, the skilled labor alone nowadays are very difficult to find. A lot of freelance wannabes and pretenders will offer you carpentry works, painting, electrical, tile installations and etc. for either on a daily wage or "pakyawan scheme" and after their work was completed, most often than not you are not satisfied by their workmanship.

Worst, after a few days, when something failed on their work you will either have to the ask them to redo it, but sadly at your own cost and you will have to pay their wages again or you can no longer locate them.

That is why this happy homeowner left everything to us to remodel their condo unit.

In this unit we practically remodeled everything except for the ceiling and the granite built-in counter top.

Its a two (2) bed room condo unit, the owner wanted to maximize the space but wants to have a character to his son's room, so we built him his Iron man inspired bed, study table and wardrobe.

Being their first home, he wanted to gift his wife with the best kitchen possible and within their budget. And he wanted a space saving furniture such as the dinning table, sofas, entertainment wall unit, so we designed and built them as they envisioned it.

All in all, with all the works, furniture and fixtures, you will be surprised as to just how much it only cost this very happy family.
