Using a single trap to drain multiple sections of steam-heated equipment may sound simple, but group trapping can create pressure imbalances that lead to waterlogging, coil stratification, uneven heating, corrosion, and even water hammer.

When a heat exchanger is divided into multiple sections, each section will have a different condensate load. If all sections share one trap, those with higher outlet pressure can “short circuit” the sections with lower outlet pressure, preventing proper drainage and reducing performance.

The construction of Fast Cargo Logistics Warehouse (Project Proponent) located at Patag, Opol, Misamis Oriental is on the precipice of completion, with the help of the Konstrak Philippines Incorporated (KPI - GenCon) and the IES Builders and Development Corporation (IES - MEPFS). This project was once a vision and now standing and on its way to completion caters a wide variety of goods and products for businesses, commercials and industrial needs or even in residentials.

Our deepest appreciation goes to the engineers, architects, builders, partners, and support teams whose unwavering dedication brought this project to life. This accomplishment stands as a testament to what can be achieved when talent and teamwork come together with a shared purpose. This initiative stands as a notable achievement for both teams, and its success is owed to the dedicated individuals who contributed to its completion. The delivery of Wash Tubs of Station 5 has been transported to the Dole site. These tubs are meant for pineapples to be soaked into water. Washtubs for pineapples are specialized cleaning units used in fruit-processing facilities to remove soil, debris, pesticides, and surface contaminants from fresh pineapples before further handling. These tubs are typically constructed from food-grade stainless steel and designed to maintain hygiene standards required for fruit processing.

Our project located at Tupi, South Cotabato - Station 5 (OS Floater Conveyor Rehabilitation) has been successfully done. This project has been finalized in accordance with all objectives, timelines, and quality standards of Dole Philippines. Our IES Engineering Design Team poured their efforts in accomplishing such operations and leaded by Engr. R.G. Paches and his team. Thank you.

This project commemorates the pineapple products of Dole Philippines by one of its innovations and offers a lot of opportunities to some food retails, boutiques and other commercial and industrial businesses.

- With at least 5 years of experience in construction safety management
- Knowledgeable in Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) preparation and compliance

- Skilled in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Experienced in conducting safety trainings and orientations
- Proficient in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation and reporting

We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Draftsman with 5–10 years of experience in industrial and equipment design.

Experience in:
Mechanical equipment layout and detailing
Fire protection systems (Firepro)
System integration and coordination
Piping and mechanical assembly drawings
Fabrication and installation drawings for mechanical components
Pressure vessels, tanks, skids, supports, and steel structures
2D and 3D modeling of mechanical systems and assemblies
Preparation of shop drawings and as-built documentation

Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Drafting Technology
Strong background in industrial or plant mechanical design and drafting
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit MEP (mechanical discipline)
Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical, process, and fabrication drawings
Knowledgeable in mechanical standards and codes (ASME, API, ISO, etc.)
Experience in equipment coordination, mechanical layout design, and fabrication support
Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of independent work under minimal supervision
Strictly for Mechanical Draftsmen — Civil background not applicable.
