Sa kababayan nating gustong magpagawa ng house designs, for building permit application and/or for construction purposes,
PM lang po kayu mga Ma'am/Sir.

Mas may inspired po tayong magtrabaho at mag-ipon kung nakikita na natin ang blueprints ng dream house na pinapangarap natin.

May Swak-Sa-Budget po tayong packages para dyan,

At "P # # # #" per page lang po ang drawing, Swak na Swak para sa mga gustong magpagawa ng designs sa presyong budget meal lang.

In standard size blueprint 20x30 or A3 size na po, as required for building permit appication.

Kung typical houses lang, Bungalow (not more than 100 square meters Floor area), minimum # of pages sa complete set po ay nasa:
1 page, perspective/vicinity/location map/lot details
1 page, architectural
2 page, structural
1 page, electrical (supply & lights)
1 page, plumbing(water & sewer)

Kung 2 storey houses,, (not more than 100 square meters Floor area), minimum # of pages sa complete set po ay nasa:
1 page, perspective/vicinity/location map/lot details
1 page, architectural
3 page, structural
1 page, electrical (supply & lights)
1 page, plumbing(water & sewer)

Kung houses MORE than (100) square meters Floor area, minimum # of pages sa complete set po ay nasa:
1 page, perspective/vicinity/location map/lot details
1 page, architectural
3 page, structural
2 page, electrical (supply & lights)
2 page, plumbing(water & sewer)

Kung may mga special items need ng detailed drawing/s, pwede naman po gawan kung kasya pa sa # of pages, or sa another pages na po if necessary.
