Perspective vs. Detalyadong Plano: Ano ang Pagkakaiba?
Maraming nagkakamali sa pag-aakalang lahat ng nakikita sa perspective (3D visualization) ay awtomatikong kasama sa detailed construction plans—pero magkaiba ang gamit ng dalawa.

✅ Perspective – Ginagamit para ipakita ang itsura ng tapos na proyekto sa pinaka-maayos at kaakit-akit na paraan. Visualization lang ito, kaya hindi lahat ng detalye ay sakop ng aktwal na konstruksyon.

✅ Detailed Construction Plans – Ito ang teknikal na gabay sa pagpapatayo, kabilang ang eksaktong sukat, materyales, at proseso. Ang lahat ng nasa kontrata at cost estimate ay base sa planong ito.

Tandaan:�Kung may hindi ka nakikita sa quotation pero nasa perspective, malamang hindi ito kasama sa scope of works. At dahil hindi perpekto ang construction process, may mga bahagi ng trabaho na maaaring hindi maisama sa initial estimate. Ang mga ganitong hindi kasamang gawain ay ituturing na additional works at may hiwalay na bayad.

Tip: Laging suriin ang detailed construction plans at quotation upang maiwasan ang hindi pagkakaintindihan at dagdag-gastos. Klaruhin muna ang sakop ng proyekto bago simulan!
