Modern Tropical Residence | 200 SQM Lot

A home designed around warmth, openness, and contemporary tropical living.
This two-storey residence explores a Modern Tropical Minimalist approach—combining clean architectural lines with natural textures and generous openings that allow daylight, greenery, and the outdoors to become part of the interior experience.

The façade is defined by vertical timber screens, concrete-textured surfaces, black metal framing, warm wood soffits, and expansive glazing. Beyond adding character, the vertical screens provide an additional layer of privacy and solar control while giving the elevation depth and rhythm.

Inside, the material palette continues seamlessly with natural wood flooring and cabinetry, warm timber slats, neutral textured walls, dark stone countertops, black metal accents, and soft earth-toned furnishings. The restrained palette creates a calm, cohesive atmosphere throughout the home.

A double-height living space and open staircase become key architectural features, creating a greater sense of volume within the limited footprint. Large windows and sliding glass doors introduce abundant natural light and establish a strong visual connection with the landscaped exterior.
