R.A CORTEZ has been in LANDSCAPING BUSINESS SINCE 1999. In line with our construction services we have been offering landscaping hand in hand to fully appreciate the warmth of every home and establishment we have built.

We cater landscaping especially to our nearby subdivisions individual homeowners and their clubhouse. Develop their pocket gardens and even the supply of garden soil and ornamental plants as needed. It has grown and improved our designs as the latest trend requires.

R.A. CORTEZ CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES has tremendously mastered the services for landscaping and garden maintenance for such HOTELS and other well-known subdivisions here in Tagaytay. We have been giving orientations and on the job trainings to those old and new hardworking individuals some updates on modern way of proper handling and care of each plant.

Some of my diligent men were even absorbed directly by the Hotel management for a permanent position because of the good service record our personnel have shown.

Company History
. . the beginning

R.A. Cortez Construction and Landscaping Services started 1998 independently. As Mr. Rhoniel A. Cortez tried to practice his experience as architectural designer and landscaping which he gained knowledge from his professional job at Al-khobar Saudi Arabia under ARAMCO Management.

From his experience and inclination for Site Development Construction and an eye for greens and nature. Working in his own hand, even pushes him to stay for good.

Formally registered at BIR on 1999, R.A. Cortez accepted landscaping and building residential houses one after the other. 2003, that’s where R.A. Cortez Hardware was born, to support the construction needs continuously and availability of stocks to supply personal projects at rest. Expansion of stores, supply of hardware materials, CHB making and concrete pipes follows. It caters the demand of construction born in Tagaytay. All civil works and trucking, never skips our interest to maintain the work available for our almost 100 work force,

Before, R.A. Cortez just involve in doing business in Tagaytay, now even in nearby cities and Manila projects extended our services. Started for small residential houses, site development and even landscaping and maintenance of hotels and subdivision clubhouse.

R.A will continue knowing and upgrading the value of caring for nature and art all together one would like to stay.
