We only require 20% downpayment (can be paid one time or in instalment up to 12months at 0% interest) to begin and complete construction. The remaining 80% balance is payable thru Bank, PAGIBIG, or In-house @ zero interest for 12 months. You may choose either bare type, semi elegant or elegantly finish . Part of our service also is processing of ALL necessary paperwork and permits which include Bank or PAGIBIG loan application making it completely hassle-free for you.
Basic requirements include:
Reservation Fee of Php20,000 (cash/check)

Proof of Billing
Proof of Remittances (for OFWs)
Marriage Certificate (if married)
Copy of Title or Lot Plan with Tax Dec.
Deed of Restrictions (from Subdivision Admin)

Upon completion of 20% down payment we will start with the construction.
Standard Construction 6-8 months maximum 1 year
MONTHLY AMORTIZATION FOR THE REMAINING 80% BALANCE.
For In-House financing, you will begin with the monthly amortization 30 days after completion of 20% down payment.
For Bank and Pag-Ibig financing, you will begin with the monthly amortization 30 days after first release of check by the bank or pagibig or based on terms & condition.
Procedure:
Reservation fee 20k(Architect perspective) , if the house perspective is OK with you, first 5%DP based on total contract price for processing of necessary documents like building permit which include Bank or PAGIBIG loan application, etc. If the building permit have been release, pay the final DP of 15% to begin construction.
