Through careful analysis of traffic volume, access points, parking demand, and projected vehicle movements, the assessment provides recommendations that support smooth traffic flow and responsible urban development.

JUST IN: The NU Manila College of Architecture achieved a 93.10% passing rate for first-time takers in the January 2026 Architecture Licensure Examination (ALE), above the National Passing Rate of 82.09%.

A BS Architecture graduate of Tarlac State University landed in the fifth spot of the January 2026 Licensure Examination for Architects, marking a good start for the university in terms of licensure exams.

Raniel Darren A. Domingo from the class of 2023 garnered an 87.90% average in the said board exam, sharing the top 5 with two other passers.

In addition, 34 first-time takers from TSU recorded a 94.44% passing rate, while the institutional passing rate is 76.27%. The national passing rate is 82.12%.
