A refined, moody interior that blends sophistication with an industrial edge. Rich dark wood paneling bring warmth and depth, while the striking black marble feature wall adds a bold, luxurious contrast with its natural veining. Soft ambient lighting and exposed filament bulbs enhance the industrial aesthetic, creating a balanced atmosphere that feels both modern and intimate. We proudly unveils our latest interior fit-out project, an intentional composition rooted in calm, clarity, and human-centered design. Anchored in our signature sage green palette, the space is envisioned as a quiet refuge where form and function meet emotional well-being.

Soft, organic hues are layered with subtle patterns that create visual rhythm without overwhelming the senses, allowing the environment to feel both grounded and refined. These materials are thoughtfully balanced with clean architectural lines, resulting in a harmonious interplay between structure and softness.

Every detail in this fit-out was approached with a healing mindset: from spatial flow that encourages ease of movement, to tactile finishes that invite comfort and calm. The result is a space that not only serves its functional purpose but also nurtures the people within it.

This residence showcases a carefully curated interior palette where rich darkwood tones establish warmth and depth, seamlessly balanced by clean, modern whites that enhance light and spatial clarity. Accents of terracotta introduce an earthy sophistication, adding character and a subtle connection to natural elements. THE NEW ZAPPI Ristorante San Clemente!

A groundbreaking resto-café is opening soon in San Clemente, and it’s set to redefine casual dining in the city. Zappi is coming and it’s not just another place to eat, it’s a whole new vibe.

Designed and constructed by the visionary Spencer Greg Designs, the interior will feature a modern casual dining concept with raw cement-finish walls that give an urban, industrial edge.

Breaking through the concrete is Zappi’s bold signature color: a pop of golden yellow, flowing through the space like a perfect cheese melt, warm, inviting, and impossible to ignore. The result? A space that feels both edgy and comforting, stylish yet approachable perfect for everyday dining and spontaneous hangouts.

It’s a new food destination for San Clemente! We’re so ready!
