In 2007, when two of the family members which is at the same time incorporators of
the said corporation passed away, MR. decided to dissolve the corporation and register a new business name which is known as A.C. CRUZ JR WOOD-IRON WORKS BUILDER which specializes in interior finishing works, woodworks, and steel fabrication.
