Our founder, Mr. Nikki Dolor, began his journey in 2009 as a waterproofing applicator in a large construction company, mastering the craft and understanding the science behind lasting protection. After years of hands-on experience, he took a bold step in 2016, starting freelance projects that challenged him to deliver perfect results on his own.

During the pandemic, Nikki transformed his expertise into a full-fledged business, helping homeowners and businesses protect their properties from leaks, moisture, and structural damage.
