The Following Documents are Required for Building Plan Approval from TMA, Abbottabad

For Residential Buildings:

1. One map copy on tracing cloth.
2. Seven copies of sample paper (standard size).
3. Owner's CNIC copies.
4. Site photo.
5. Site GPS coordinates.
6. Fresh fard (not older than 30 days).
7. Bank challan copy of fard.
8. Registry (verified from Tehsildar) within 30 days.
9. Non-Encumbrance Certificate (NEC) from Tehsildar.
10. Aks Shajra.
11. Application form (Form-1).
12. Architect's Engineer Certificate (Form-2).
13. Structure Engineer Certificate (Form-6).
14. For Existing Building approval (Form-7).
15. Affidavit on stamp paper (Form-9).
16. Application form for land use permission.

For Commercial Buildings:

Serial No. 1-16 are compulsory.

17. Structure drawing (up to 3-story building).
18. Soil Test Report.
19. Structure Stability Certificate.

Note:
Only building plans designed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Building Control Regulation 2024 will be accepted.
