The structure features PPGL standing seam roofing along with PPGL liner sheets on both the roof and walls. Despite the project’s demanding specifications, we executed the work efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout.

Stallion Steel Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. has successfully completed another landmark project for DHA Multan — the Bahauddin Zakariya Gate, following the earlier successful completion of the Shah Rukn-e-Alam Gate.
This milestone was achieved within a record time of just seven months. The project presented significant challenges due to its scale and design complexity, featuring a free-standing steel structure measuring 80 feet in height and 240 feet in width, built to withstand the harsh wind conditions of Multan.
The structure is clad with cement fiber board, and despite the demanding specifications, we executed the project efficiently and effectively, delivering it on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Alhamdulillah, I am very thankful to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
This month, We finalized a new project with an area of 29,800 ft².

The project involves the design, fabrication, painting, and installation of a pre-engineered warehouse, which is scheduled to be constructed in the city of Multan.

Our PEB Warehouse will be constructed on the ground floor with a clear height of 8.839 meters (29 feet).

More importantly, the team effort has been fabulous. Thank you to the entire team for their quick and immediate response around the clock during the process leading up to the finalization.

Quantity Surveyor (Steel Structures) for PEB Sheds & Civil Works

Job Description:
The quantity surveyor (QS) for steel structures, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and their civil works, plays a crucial role in ensuring project accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:
1-Analyze architectural and structural drawings for PEB sheds and civil works
projects.
2-Identify and calculate the quantities of steel elements
(beams, columns, bracing etc.) needed for the PEB structure.
3-Estimate the quantities of materials required for civil works, including
concrete, foundation materials, bricks, blocks, and other relevant items.
4-Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) for steel structures and civil
works, clearly specifying material types, dimensions, and quantities.

Qualifications:
1-Proven experience in preparing BOQs for PEB sheds and associated civil works.
2- Minimum 1-2 year experience Required

Stallion Steel Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. has successfully completed a rather complex job including the extension of Existing PEB CSD Shop PAF Base Rafiqui Shorkot Cantt. Existing shop covered area is 3000sft which is increased to 8500sft by extending left and right end walls. The complexity of the project is that it is a running grocery shop and extension has to be done during the operation of the shop with added scope, which we have done effectively and efficiently in time.
Final Covered Area Approx. 8,500 sft.
