Set against the breathtaking landscape of Skardu, this contemporary residence is a thoughtful blend of modern aesthetics and contextual sensitivity. Designed to respond to both climate and surroundings, the house reflects a calm, refined architectural language while embracing the natural beauty of its setting.

A key highlight of the design is the semi-covered terrace, screened with a custom CNC-cut panel that adds depth, privacy, and a play of light and shadow throughout the day. The glass railing maintains visual openness, allowing uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery and distant mountains.

This project is a reflection of our design philosophy: creating architecture that is simple yet expressive, modern yet contextual crafted to enhance everyday living while respecting its surroundings.

A clean, efficient, and future-ready computer lab interior designed to enhance focus, functionality, and user comfort.

This space is planned with a strong emphasis on clarity of layout and optimized circulation. Linear workstation arrangements along the perimeter maximize natural daylight from the windows, reducing eye strain while creating a bright and productive learning environment. Central desk clusters encourage supervised collaboration, maintaining a balance between individual work and group engagement.

A dedicated instructor zone with clear visual command of the room enhances teaching efficiency, while subtle wall graphics introduce a tech-inspired identity without overwhelming the space.

Guest House Project – Hoto, Skardu

Set against the dramatic mountain backdrop of Hoto, Skardu, this guest house is envisioned as a refined blend of contemporary architecture and natural context. The design preserves clean, modern forms while embracing transparency through expansive glass façades, allowing uninterrupted views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.

The building massing is kept simple and elegant, with carefully proportioned balconies and vertical glazing elements that enhance both daylight pe*******on and visual lightness. Neutral exterior tones, sleek metal frames, and high-quality glass materials ensure the architecture complements the rugged alpine landscape rather than competing with it.

Landscape integration and human-scale outdoor spaces create a welcoming environment for guests, while the bright daytime rendering highlights the realism of materials, shadows, and reflections—bringing the project to life in its true natural setting.

This guest house is designed not just as a place to stay, but as an experience of Skardu’s serenity, light, and landscape, translated through modern architectural language.
گسٹ ہاؤس پروجیکٹ – ہوتو، سکردو

ہوتو، سکردو کے دلکش پہاڑی پس منظر میں واقع یہ گسٹ ہاؤس جدید طرزِ تعمیر اور قدرتی ماحول کا خوبصورت امتزاج پیش کرتا ہے۔ ڈیزائن میں صاف اور سادہ جدید اشکال کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے شفاف شیشے کے وسیع استعمال کے ذریعے اردگرد کے پہاڑوں اور وادیوں کے شاندار مناظر کو اندرونی و بیرونی جگہوں سے جوڑا گیا ہے۔

عمارت کی ماسنگ کو سادہ اور متوازن رکھا گیا ہے، جبکہ مناسب تناسب کے بالکونیز اور عمودی شیشے کے عناصر قدرتی روشنی کے بہتر داخلے اور بصری ہلکے پن کو نمایاں کرتے ہیں۔ غیر جانبدار بیرونی رنگ، جدید میٹل فریمز اور اعلیٰ معیار کے شیشے کے استعمال سے عمارت سخت پہاڑی ماحول کے ساتھ ہم آہنگ نظر آتی ہے، نہ کہ اس پر حاوی۔

لینڈ اسکیپ کے ساتھ مربوط ڈیزائن اور انسانی پیمانے کی اوپن اسپیسز مہمانوں کے لیے خوشگوار ماحول فراہم کرتی ہیں، جبکہ دن کی روشنی میں تیار کی گئی رینڈرنگ میٹیریلز، سائے اور ریفلیکشنز کی حقیقت پسندی کو اجاگر کرتی ہے۔

یہ گسٹ ہاؤس صرف رہائش گاہ نہیں بلکہ سکردو کے سکون، روشنی اور قدرتی حسن کا ایک مکمل تجربہ ہے، جسے جدید طرزِ تعمیر کی زبان میں پیش کیا گیا ہے۔

Every design begins with a vision, and every vision tells a story.

This modern residential house was designed on a 3 marla covered area in Skardu, drawing inspiration from the dramatic mountain backdrop and the calm, grounded character of the region. Despite the compact site, the design focuses on clean geometry, natural stone textures, warm lighting, and well-balanced open terraces to maximize space, light, and comfort.

Although this concept was not taken forward to construction, it remains a strong expression of our design approach, where thoughtful planning and material harmony transform limited areas into refined living spaces. We believe even unbuilt projects deserve to be shared, as they represent ideas, exploration, and architectural growth.
