The interior of the UTS Head Office reflects a modern, transport-inspired identity focused on movement and connectivity. An open-plan layout with glass partitions maintains collaboration while ensuring clear circulation and spatial flow.

The design features an industrial aesthetic, highlighted by exposed ceiling services, bold accent colors, and linear lighting elements. A clean material palette of light tiles, wood, metal, and glass keeps the space bright and contemporary.

The Elara House renovation represents a masterclass in modernizing a traditional CDA-sector residence in Islamabad, turning a conventional layout into a high-end, contemporary architectural statement. Unlike the rigid aesthetics often found in private housing schemes, this project focuses on maximizing the unique footprint of CDA plots through a "straight-line" minimalist philosophy, featuring a striking 3D marble and textured elevation. The renovation overhaul includes a complete reimagining of the interior flow, utilizing open-plan living spaces, premium imported tiled flooring, and custom Golden Teak wood finishes to create an atmosphere of "quiet luxury." By integrating energy-efficient glass facades and weather-shielding tailored for Islamabad’s seasonal extremes, Elara House stands as a premier example of how older CDA properties can be revitalized into sophisticated, tech-ready urban sanctuaries.

The Ridgeline Marketing (TRM) head office extension was envisioned as a vibrant and modern workspace that aligns with the company’s dynamic and forward-thinking ethos. The extension introduces a refreshing aesthetic that breaks away from conventional corporate environments, infusing the space with personality, warmth, and creativity.
The reception and lounge area is designed to be welcoming and expressive, featuring olive green upholstered seating paired with wood-paneled walls and ambient ceiling lighting. The mirror with bold typography reading “Hello. You're looking gorgeous today.” adds an uplifting and contemporary touch, creating a positive first impression for visitors and employees alike.
The boardroom is an elevated professional zone with a refined material palette of warm wood finishes and high-backed leather chairs. The ceiling design, with its black acoustic baffles arranged in a staggered pattern, not only enhances the acoustic quality but also adds a bold visual character. Clean lines, natural light, and custom branding elements reinforce TRM’s identity while promoting collaboration and focus.
This extension exemplifies a thoughtful balance of comfort, branding, and functionality—making it a space where creativity meets productivity.

This mosque interior blends contemporary elegance with traditional Islamic design elements to create a serene and spiritually uplifting environment. The use of soft, calming tones in the carpet and walls enhances the sense of tranquility, while the repetitive geometric ceiling patterns and arch-shaped windows reinforce Islamic architectural identity. Natural light is filtered through custom window shades, complementing the carefully integrated artificial lighting, including warm recessed wall lights and sleek ceiling fixtures.

Key design features include a central circular ceiling detail that acts as a focal point, a raised mimbar area for sermons, and strategically placed air conditioning units to ensure thermal comfort. Built-in wooden shelves for Qurans and prayer essentials line the perimeter, while calligraphic wall art adds cultural and spiritual depth to the space.
