Innovista," located inside Avenue Mall, DHA Phase I, Islamabad, transforms a former shopping space into a dynamic co-working facility with modern aesthetics. The space starts with a warm-lit reception leading to distinct work zones for freelancers and teams. There are modular furniture and acoustic carpet tiles. Semi-private work zones include administration offices, huddle rooms, larger conference rooms, and a social coffee shop. There are private offices along the second passage, interspersed with casual seating areas. Essential facilities and additional work zones are situated at the back, ensuring convenience and access to amenities.

"Innovista," positioned inside the Avenue Mall of DHA Phase I, remodels the former shopping space into a vibrant, multi-functional co-working facility. Designed in a very modern essence, it is a thoughtful blend of flexibility, functionality, and modern aesthetics, creating an environment where freelancers, teams, and businesses can work dynamically within a shared, energized setting.
Commencing with a reception desk- accentuated by a warm, atmospheric lighting scheme, this reception is visually anchored by a parallel feature wall complimented by co waiting chairs. This entrance steers to a sweeping space of unbarred spatial division - the distinct work zones for freelancers unlatch onto two circulatory passages which wrap around a central semi private work zone, stimulating both movement and defining spaces.
On one end of Innovista, the design focuses on accommodating freelancers and individual workers. This open freelance work zone exerts modular furniture for adaptability and carpet tiles expand on the floor of this zone to make it distinct and acoustically viable. The layout supports a heterogenous seating arrangements to accommodate divergent work styles and preferences. Small waiting areas and casual seating intersperse the zone providing freelancers convenient spaces to rest or socialize briefly without leaving the work area.
A mesial semi private work zone bears the administration offices along with, small huddle rooms for group collaborations or private meetings offering a 5-6 person seating capacity, the larger conference rooms with 8-10 person seating capacity and a coffee shop serving as a social hub. Transitional waiting and casual seating areas are positioned strategically along the pathway, providing comfortable spaces for short breaks or informal conversations.
On the other end along the second passage are a series of private offices, adjacent to these are open work areas for freelancers culminating in a pool of desks at the farthest end mediated by a casual sitting space. Casual seating spaces intersperse these areas, providing zones for informal meetings or relaxation.
Essential facilities like toilets, server rooms, and additional services are situated at the back of the layout. Furthermore, additional work zones occupy the remaining spaces in the rear, balancing access to amenities.

This single-unit house stations itself on an irregular shaped corner plot. The confinement flaunts a heedful color palette and textures outwardly, of which locally available parlino stone, sublimely hammered and slashed into Flemish cut, concocts the major envelope. Black metal shades dangle on the semi covered spaces namely porch and decks, where light grey cement finish mediates the beige the grooved mass of dark grey in external paint finish, adds to the depth of the overall façade. The meticulous configuration of these masses underpin state of the art spaces and amenities.
A deep set wooden double door marks the entrance of this residence and unlatches into a double height foyer with a skylight. An open almost trapezoid wall formation, forms a pocket which holds the staircase, past which a single door unfolds into the living room. This living room alongwith its dining room stretch along a deck which looks onto the frontal lawn- the two spaces integrate at a height of 14' to offer escalated experience of nature through uninterrupted openings and compensates as a tranquil retreat for family gatherings. On the other side of the foyer drawing room is positioned with its cloak room and powder room. At the end of the foyer, a step up, leads to a vestibule of the semi private zone which on one side carries a display and a grease kitchen alongwith ironing and laundry room and on the other side a prayer room which has its own deck. This deck also drags onto the window sill of the master bedroom. The master bedroom is generously equipped with a walk in closet and an attached private bathroom.
There exists an interesting interplay of levels above the ground floor.
The first floor accommodates 3 well appointed bedrooms-each with its own ensuite bathroom and ample closet space, balcony and a kitchenette.
On the mezzanine level expands the mumty which carries a multipurpose room and an outdoor garden.

This Mid century modern looking house is concentrated on orchestrating to the exigencies and comfort of a nuclear family. The facade evinces precise and functional lines. Massing of the house flaunts warm and earthy hues of paint and sandstone for the texture where wood with traces of black metal interferes with the uniformity of the tone. Stained glass employment at the entrance imparts a distinct feature for a more personalised spirit.
The single unit house comprises 5 bedrooms, which are split onto two levels - ground and first. A woody main door opens up into a well-lit double height foyer, which serves as the chief circulatioh hub, adorned with a metal staircase unit for accessing the floor above. A sandstone feature wall greets upon entering, which breaks at the beginning of the study/ formal sitting room. The foyer further leads to the lounge and a formal dining space. The bedrooms on the ground open up into a deep set lounging space, making it the core of the house. Adjacent to this lounge is a covered verandah space that blocks the summer sun and allows only the desirable winter sun to enter through its vast windows and the views of the waterbody next to the verandah. This lounge also accommodates a cosy old-school fireplace along with its chimney. The dining room, with its display kitchen counter, is also accessible from the lounge.

This house designed in sleek minimalist lines is a modern enclosure of 5 bedrooms, with distinctive exterior and interior features and finishes.
A boundary wall of solid and permeable masses of greys, blacks and a wire mesh expands on the periphery of this house. The main Gate slips into the porch and a wicket gate unfurls on to the stepping pavers which lead to the main entrance of the house, barred by a wooden door. This door unwinds into a well-lit double height foyer, the connective tissue and the hub of this house. The foyer gloats an exquisite black stone feature wall and warm wooden planks dangle on the wall in a staircase formation which on the first floor unwind into a bridge, tethering the circulations of ground and the floor above. A small indoor garden under the stairs adds natural and calming element to the modern interior along with the use of pebbles which soften the overall impact. The space division is such that the ground floor is parted into two bedrooms through a corridor, a double height lounge a formal dining, and two kitchens - grease and display. The first floor likewise functions on a lounge and three bedrooms tethered by corridor and a bridge.
The facade of this residence exploits fair faced concrete finish for its major massing together with textured blacks to circulate verticality and to delineate it. Furthermore, the conscientious punctures and grooves add depth to this grey, and of the black, a frame hovers on the front façade, to finish off the look.
