We are delighted to announce the completion of “ The Colosseum “. It is the first privately owned building in Pakistan that will be having an Operational Roof Top Helipad.
The Building consists of Offices, High-End Luxury Apartments and A penthouse that has a Private Elevator, Royal Pagodas on its Balcony which are 6 feet each in height and hold massive palm trees , A Private Mini-Golf Coarse and a Helipad.
The Structure of the Building is designed to Bear the landing intensity of numerous models of Helicopters all including Double Seater and Multiple Seater Helicopters which can be potentially Extremely Heavy.
The Location of the building is Bahria Town Phase 7 at a point which is 60 feet above the road level. The Seven Story building has its Helipad on the Top Floor making it the Eighth one which makes it approximately 2,00/- Feet above the regular road level.
The Colosseum is the immediate neighbour of the RRR ( Rawalpindi Ring Road ) and is so connected to the ( M1, M2 ) Motorways, The New Airport, The CPEC Route and the new Hakla Interchange which are all at a drive time of being 10 to 15 minutes away from the Colosseum. On the contrary the GT road is only at a 7 minute drive from this venue.
This is a CDA Approved building and most importantly ( Completely Owned and Managed ) by Alveera Constructions ( SMC ) ( PVT - LTD ). The complete image of its elevation and interior will be available soon InshahAllah.
The plot size is 40 feet By 61 Feet ( According to CDA ) but the FAR ( Floor to Area Ratio is fantastic ). As the floors go higher not only does the foot print of construction exceed the size of the plot but also the area to be left for the lobbies is comparatively less than what the other buildings have to leave which are built in other societies. This makes the saleable area more and in effect the building becomes much larger than the plot size.
Lastly and most importantly the entire building is owned by Alveera Constructions ( SMC ) ( PVT-LTD ) and it is the only building in Pakistan with an Operational Roof Top Helipad.
