The 2000 sqyards residence is conceived as a contemporary tropical villa where mass and void are carefully balanced to create a calm yet powerful architectural expression. Horizontal planes, deep overhangs, and layered volumes define the façade, responding to Karachi’s climate while maintaining visual lightness at a large scale.
The architecture prioritizes spatial flow, with double-height volumes, framed courtyards, and controlled transparency blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
Landscape, water, and light are treated as integral architectural elements, resulting in a residence that feels grounded, timeless, and experiential rather than ornamental.

Designed across 2,000 sq ft, the AGC office balances structure with energy. Clearly defined work zones, glass-enclosed meeting pods, and breakout spaces are brought together through controlled transparency, acoustic comfort, and a refined material palette. Strategic pops of color and layered lighting add vibrancy to an otherwise disciplined layout—creating a workplace that is efficient, collaborative, and quietly engaging.

A home imagined as a sequence of moments rather than rooms.
Framed concrete volumes set the tone—strong, calm, and deliberate—while warm timber screens soften the façade and filter light with quiet elegance. As you move inside, the house opens vertically and visually: a sculptural staircase, double-height spaces, and reflections of water drawing light deep into the heart of the home.

Every element balances privacy with openness, solidity with transparency. Rooted in contemporary lines yet shaped for Karachi’s climate, this 666 sq. yard residence speaks a language of understated luxury—confident, composed, and timeless.
