We’ve successfully installed a 300-Liter Solar Water Heating System at our client’s residence in DHA Phase 1, Karachi. Due to limited rooftop space already occupied by solar panels, our team designed and fabricated a custom MS (mild steel) structure to accommodate the geyser safely and efficiently. This project reflects our engineering expertise and ability to deliver smart solutions even in space-constrained sites—while ensuring reliable, eco-friendly hot water with long-term performance.

58 kW Solar System Restoration – Habib Girls School

This project involved the restoration of an existing 57 kW solar PV system at Habib Girls School, which was in very poor condition due to age, weather exposure, and long-term use. Although regular monitoring and reporting were being carried out, the system required physical repair work to fix serious safety and performance issues.

During inspection, the mounting structure was badly rusted, with heavy zinc corrosion affecting its strength. All mounting nuts, bolts, and washer sets were also fully rusted, making the structure unsafe. Therefore, all rusted fasteners were replaced to ensure proper support and stability.

The AC and DC wiring was old, brittle, and badly damaged, with bite marks in several areas. This made the system unsafe, so all AC and DC wiring was completely replaced.

The MC4 connectors were in poor condition and could cause power loss, overheating, or electrical faults. The DB boxes were also fully rusted and no longer provided proper protection, so they were repaired and upgraded.

All maintenance and restoration work was carried out by True Energie, our sister concern company, which specializes in solar maintenance and system restoration.

Scope of Work Included:
• Complete system inspection
• Removal of rusted and unsafe mounting parts
• Replacement of all rusted nuts, bolts, and washer sets
• Full replacement of damaged AC & DC wiring
• Installation of new MC4 connectors
• Repair and upgrading of DB boxes
• Improvement of system safety and performance

This work was important to make the system safe, improve performance, and extend its life. At Limitless Solutions, together with True Energie, we ensure solar systems are properly installed, maintained, and kept in good working condition.
