Every city has its own character. We wanted this store to quietly reflect Lahore.

The palette was kept neutral so the products remain the hero. The central column became an organising element rather around which the store’s circulation is hinged. Bold architectural forms take cues from Lahore’s Mughal heritage, while layered colours and touches of terracotta bring warmth and depth inspired by the city’s brick architecture.

Simple moves, but together they create a store that feels connected to its context instead of just sitting in it.
