Product Engineer
As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products for our company. You will work closely with our engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop new pre-fabricated construction products using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.
* Conduct performance testing and analysis on prototypes and finished products.
* Supervise on floor manufacturing personnel and ensuring timely ex*****on of production schedules.
* Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to optimize product design and functionality.
* Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
* Prepare technical documentation, including manufacturing drawings, product specifications and test reports.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience in product development or design.
* Experience with structural design software or building codes compliance preferred.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
