Job Opening: Site Surveyor + Site Supervisor (Karachi – Port Qasim Project)

We are hiring a Site Surveyor + Site Supervisor for our ongoing project located in Port Qasim, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed site surveys and set out civil works.

Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage labor teams efficiently.

Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.

Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Accurately calculate quantities for steel, shuttering, concrete, and other materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civil Site Surveyor and Supervisor.

Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, site layout, and civil execution work.

Ability to handle client communication professionally.

Competent in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and material estimation.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
