In the dense urban fabric of Karachi, how do you create a home that breathes? The answer lies in returning to timeless principles—reimagined for contemporary living.
The Open Core is organized around a central courtyard, open to the sky—a spatial device rooted in our region’s vernacular, yet executed with global design sensibilities. This luminous heart stitches every space together:
On the Ground Floor; the kitchen spills into the courtyard. The lounge and staircase shaft borrow light and air, staying cool and connected.
While on the First Floor: The bedroom maintains a dialogue with the void below—private yet present. The lounge and staircase continue the choreography of light and movement.
No corridors. No wasted space. Just 200 square yards of intelligent, breathable design that honours Karachi’s climate and culture while embracing contemporary living.
