Meezan Bank realizes the importance, as a responsible corporate citizen, of contributing to the general public and the society at large. The Bank's focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) includes its participation in social welfare projects in the health and education sectors.
As part of its CSR efforts, Meezan Bank has taken the initiative to donate Rs. 700,000 to Alamgir Welfare Trust International for the procurement of a Color Doppler Ultrasound Machine. The machine will help the organization's state-of-the-art pathology lab and diagnostic center to better facilitate the general public.
Alamgir Welfare Trust has been giving back to society for the past many years through its various initiatives in health, education, provision of food, marriage assistance, emergency relief and rescue services amongst many others.
