Global Dairy Tech (Pvt.) Limited — Hiring Engineers
Global Dairy Tech (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently seeking qualified and experienced Engineers for multiple positions, with project sites located across Pakistan, primarily in Punjab.
Available Positions
1. BOQ & Site Work Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction projects.
* Prepare project cost estimates and material requirements.
* Analyze quantities, rates, and project costs.
* Monitor and manage on-site construction activities.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project teams.
* Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Monitor project progress, quality, and material utilization.
2. P6 & 2D CAD Expert
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules using **Oracle Primavera P6**.
* Monitor project timelines, milestones, and overall progress.
* Prepare and update project schedules according to site requirements.
* Create accurate **2D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD**.
* Modify and revise drawings based on project requirements.
* Coordinate drawings with engineering and construction teams.
* Support project planning and documentation.
# # # 3. Procurement & Site Construction Expert
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage procurement activities for construction and dairy farm projects.
* Source construction materials, equipment, and other project requirements.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
* Compare quotations and assist with cost-effective purchasing decisions.
* Monitor material availability and delivery schedules.
* Supervise large-scale construction activities at project sites.
* Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure materials and construction activities meet required quality standards.
# # Educational Requirement
Candidates should have:
**BS Tech or BSc in Civil Engineering**
Relevant technical qualifications and practical construction experience will be considered an advantage.
# # Key Requirement
Experience in **Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)** is preferred.
Candidates with practical knowledge of steel structures, dairy farm sheds, construction projects, site ex*****on, BOQ preparation, and project planning will have an added advantage.
# # Required Experience
**2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.**
Candidates should ideally have practical experience related to civil construction, project management, site supervision, BOQ preparation, procurement, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or PEB construction.
