45 DAYS. 150,000 SQ. FT. ONE BIG MEP CHALLENGE.

Behind every completed project is a story that people don’t always see.

Our Service Global Footwear Limited project in Muridke was completed under a demanding 45-day timeline for approximately 150,000 sq. ft. of MEP works.

That meant coordinating multiple building systems, managing site challenges, maintaining quality and safety while keeping the clock moving.

HVAC.
Electrical.
Plumbing.
Fire Fighting.
Compressed air.

Every system had to be planned, coordinated and executed with precision.

When COVID-19 was coming to an end, the world was still finding its way back to normal.

Starting a company during that time wasn’t easy.

But sometimes, the right time doesn’t come.
