Civil Engineer – Road Construction & Tendering
Location: Lahore

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in road construction, tender preparation, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, project management, and procurement procedures relevant to infrastructure and road projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage road construction projects from planning to ex*****on.
Prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, and BOQs.
Evaluate contractor bids and participate in contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site technical issues.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction and infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in tendering processes and BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is a plus.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineering License (if applicable)
Experience working with government contracts or public infrastructure projects.
