*Job Title:* Business Manager - Third Party Inspection Services

*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our Third Party Inspection services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality inspection services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Business Development:*
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
2. *Client Management:*
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. *Service Delivery:*
- Oversee the delivery of third-party inspection services, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Ensure inspectors are properly trained and equipped to deliver high-quality services.
4. *Operations Management:*
- Manage the inspection team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. *Financial Management:*
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the inspection services division.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
*Requirements:*
1. *Experience:* 5-10 years of experience in business management, sales, or a related field, preferably in inspection services.
2. *Skills:*
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
