The project aimed to address fundamental errors, identify relevant keywords, implement on-page SEO techniques, fix technical issues on the website (built on Webflow), and optimize the website's performance in Google Search Console and SEMRush along with link building.
This case study highlights the strategies and outcomes of the project.
WHAT DID WE DO?
- Keyword Research and Optimization:
Conducted thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms to fill the keyword gap. Selected high-volume keywords with moderate competition to target in the optimization process. Optimized website content, including titles, headings, meta descriptions, and on-page copy, to incorporate the identified keywords naturally. Conducted a brief competitor analysis.
- On-Page SEO Optimization:
Performed a comprehensive audit of the website's on-page elements, including URL structure, meta tags, heading tags, image optimization, and internal linking. Ensured each page had unique and descriptive meta titles and meta descriptions. Optimized heading tags (H1, H2, etc.) to improve content hierarchy and keyword prominence. Improved internal linking structure to enhance website navigation and distribute link equity effectively. Made sure the pages fulfill keywords intent and offer great value to the visitor.
- Technical Errors Resolution:
Conducted a thorough audit of the website to identify and fix technical errors affecting search engine crawlability and indexability. Resolved issues such as broken links, duplicate content, XML sitemap errors, and canonicalization problems. Implemented structured data markup to enhance search engine understanding of the website's content and improve rich snippet potential. Improved website loading speed by optimizing image sizes, leveraging browser caching, and minifying CSS and JavaScript files.
- Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog Optimization:
- Addressed the page Indexing & crawling issues in GSC.
- Submitted XML sitemaps to Google Search Console for better indexing and crawling.
- Monitored the website's performance through Search Console and addressed any crawl errors or warnings promptly.
- Utilized SEMRush to track keyword rankings, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Links Detoxificaiton & Building Quality Backlinks
We found a number of spammy links with no value to the search engine. We audited every single link and prepared a disavow file. Then, we acquired around 15-20 diversified contextual links (this doesn't include ordinary profile, comments, or web 2.0)
- Results:
Increased Organic Traffic:
The implementation of on-page and technical SEO techniques resulted in a significant increase in organic traffic.
Organic clicks per day increased from 69 to over 1000, representing a substantial growth in website visibility and user engagement.

Targeted keywords showed improved rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs), leading to increased organic visibility.
Started appearing on the first page of SERPs for several relevant search queries, driving more targeted traffic.
