By the grace of Almighty Allah, we are commencing the design of the newly approved project *"Upgradation of Thakra Stadium, Mansehra"*.

Yesterday, our Design Team, along with the *Deputy Director Works* and *Assistant Director Works* from the Directorate of Works and Implementation, Sports Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and representatives of *Raja Adalat Khan Construction Firm*, visited Thakra Stadium, Mansehra.

During the visit, the existing infrastructure was inspected and the approved design was reviewed. Detailed discussions were held on planning, implementation strategy, and ex*****on to ensure timely commencement of the project.

Officials of the Sports Department and representatives of various sports associations were also present and provided valuable input. The visit reaffirmed the commitment of all stakeholders to deliver a modern sports facility for athletes and the local community.

By the grace of Almighty Allah, the inauguration ceremony of our another project, "Establishment of Tribal Nursing College District Khyber" was held at Jamrud.

The Honorable Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Muhammad Sohail Afridi, officially launched the construction work of the project.

Engr. Maqbool Azam presented a detailed briefing on the Nursing College project to the Honorable Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Muhammad Sohail Afridi. MNA Mr. Iqbal Afridi and MPA Mr. Abdul Ghani Afridi were also present on the occasion.

Alhamdulillah, the ceremony marked a significant milestone in the health and educational development of the Merged Areas. The event highlighted the government's commitment to expanding educational opportunities in the region.

The Nursing College is expected to provide quality education to local students and empower them to pursue their academic and professional goals. The presence of high-profile guests underscored the importance of health education for the region's development and demonstrated strong support for initiatives aimed at improving educational infrastructure and opportunities.

The successful launch of the project is a testament to the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders. It is expected to have a positive impact on the local community by providing access to higher education and contributing to the region's socio-economic development.

Project Details:
The Nursing College will be constructed over an area of 32 Kanals at a total cost of Rs. 635.487 Million. The project comprises the following components with a total covered area of 45,000 Sft:
- Administration Block
- Academic Block
- Hostel Buildings (Boys & Girls)
- Cafeteria
- Auditorium
- Sports Facilities (Badminton Courts - 2 Nos, Basketball Court)
- Tube Well with Overhead Water Tank
- Boundary Wall and Allied External Development Works

By the grace of Almighty Allah, the inauguration ceremony of our project "Upgradation of 34-No's Parks of Peshawar" under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan was held at Shahi Bagh.

The honorable Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Muhammad Sohail Afridi, and the Provincial Minister for Local Government, Mr. Meena Khan Afridi, jointly launched the construction work of the project.

The project involves the construction and upgradation of 34-No's of existing Parks across Peshawar. For effective ex*****on, the project has been divided into 05 different packages for the provision of development works and civic amenities.

Construction and upgradation work has commenced simultaneously at all 34 parks.

The total estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1.0 Billion.

The Deputy Project Director, Project Management Unit, Danish School Authority, accompanied by other senior officials, paid an official visit to the construction site of the Danish School project today on 13 June 2026. The purpose of the visit was to review the physical progress of the ongoing works and to assess on-ground challenges being faced during ex*****on.

During the visit, our Resident Engineer extended a formal welcome to the visiting team and gave a comprehensive briefing on the current status of construction activities. He elaborated on the completed milestones, ongoing works, and the planned schedule for upcoming activities. Furthermore, he apprised the Deputy Project Director of various technical and administrative issues hampering the smooth progress of work.

After thoroughly inspecting the site and reviewing the progress, the Deputy Project Director issued necessary on-site instructions for the immediate resolution of the highlighted issues. He emphasized strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols and categorically directed the contractor to mobilize additional resources to accelerate the pace of construction activities in order to ensure timely completion of the project within the stipulated timeframe.

The Contractor’s Project Manager assured full compliance with the instructions and committed to enhancing the work progress. Our site engineers, supervisory staff, and the contractor’s technical team were also present during the visit and took note of all the directions issued by the DPD for subsequent compliance.
