I'm a hat block maker from Łódź, Poland. I'm proud to be the second generation running our family company. I have 50+ years of experience and I've learned most of the things from my father, who started this company in 1945. Now I'm teaching and working with my children. The purpose of our work is simple - crafting finest wooden hat blocks and accessories for milliners and hat making companies, bas

ing on multi-generational experience and trusted methods introduced to the modern world. Our key task outside the workshop is keeping live and responsive cooperation with milliners and hat makers around the world and maintaining creative idea-flow. We will meet the expectations of every milliner by crafting even the most ingenious wishes basing on projects, sketches, photos or drawings, so we strongly encourage you to keep in touch and share your original ideas. We are proud to announce that from now on, our company will go forward with a new trademark to honor our family legacy and signature best practices of block making.

Our name changed throughout the decades since my grandfather founded the workshop, but one thing remained the same - Kacprzak family name was always associated with the finest hat blocks from Poland, and everything created under this name is made with our complete devotion and dedication to the finest hat making tools.

It was long due that we should make this change because the reality always was and will be that every design leaving our workshop carries our personal promise of quality and support.

The year 2025 is also special because it marks 80 years of Kacprzak blocks being made for milliners and hat makers around the world. We begin this new decade with a pledge to bring you even more new and exciting tools, methods, and techniques. We have big plans for our communities this year so stay tuned!
