Climaveneta NX, 2018: 165 kW cooling capacity and 180 kW heating capacity.

We remove the damaged Cu/Al coil sections, install the new ones in their original positions, connect them to the refrigerant circuit, and braze the copper joints.

Instagram and industrial cooling? Apparently, it works. 😄

This is not the first sale EVROPROM has made through Instagram — it’s another one this season.

This time, the conversation ended with two TRANE chillers, 380 kW each.

At first glance, Instagram hardly looks like the place where someone comes to buy industrial cooling equipment. Most people open it to switch off, scroll for a few minutes and be entertained.

But your customer does not stop being an engineer, business owner or technical director just because they opened Instagram.

Sometimes they come for content — and find exactly the equipment they need.

That is probably the most interesting part of modern B2B sales: your customer can find you anywhere, even on a platform they opened with no intention of buying anything.

What does an engineer monitor during a chiller test?

Evaporator IN / OUT → how the water temperature changes and whether the ΔT remains stable

Condenser IN / OUT → how effectively heat is being rejected

Suction / Discharge pressure → what’s happening inside the refrigerant circuit

Compressor current → how the compressor performs under load

Setpoint → whether the chiller reaches the target temperature and maintains it

The 746 kW chiller didn’t pass the test on the first attempt.

On the test stand: a 746 kW Climaveneta NECS equipped with a hydronic module and heat recovery system.

During testing, the EXV failed to open, and the chiller tripped on low pressure. We started troubleshooting the system step by step and found the cause: the pressure sensor was not transmitting the correct signal due to a damaged cable.

A small fault for a machine of this capacity. But this is exactly what technical renovation is about: not simply getting a chiller to run, but testing it under load, identifying faults, fixing them, and only then preparing the equipment for its next life cycle.

Testing is part of renovation.

A test with 16 suspects.

On the test stand: an 810 kW EMERSON FQ4 and its condenser section with 16 fans.

We’re checking start-up, direction of rotation, stable operation, and making sure there are no unusual noises or vibrations.

S Plastic is a Polish engineering company that has been creating industrial solutions in HDPE, PE-RC, and PP since 1992. For one of its production processes, the company needed a stable supply of chilled water at +12°C, while the chiller itself had to operate outdoors. That meant one thing: the system had to be protected against freezing in winter.

Together, we designed a two-circuit system with a 160 kW CIAT LD 0600R outlet chiller, an outdoor glycol circuit, and a plate heat exchanger separating it from the process water circuit. The complete system was assembled and tested at EVROPROM before our team commissioned it at the customer’s facility. Two engineering teams. One project. And a system designed to do its job quietly for years ⚙️
