With ConHouse, you'll discover a new definition of comfort and efficiency – from spacious standards to compact, functional spaces. The walls and roof of ConHouse buildings are completely resistant to weather conditions such as rain, snow, hail, winds, and frost. Roof modules feature pre-drilled mounting holes (embedded threads) for installing photovoltaics or roofing structures such as tiles, standing seam sheet metal, or other materials. All ventilation openings are made in the side modules (walls) of the building, leaving the roof as a monolithic structure, eliminating the pe*******ons that cause leaks in most buildings.
ConHouse features "reverse insulation"—that is, the insulation layer is located inside the building. This solution creates a "thermos" effect. This allows us to heat only the air inside the rooms, without wasting energy on heating the walls. ConHouse buildings have no dew point, as there is no freezing or water pe*******on within the walls. The exterior walls (floor, side walls, and roof) are completely waterproof and do not absorb moisture. The internal insulation—closed-cell PUR foam—also does not absorb or conduct moisture, and the level of moisture inside the rooms is regulated by a mechanical ventilation system.
To achieve complete passivity and eliminate thermal bridges, ConHouse buildings utilize mechanical ventilation with filters to expel moisture from the rooms while simultaneously bringing fresh air inside. Additionally, heat recovery ventilation can be installed, allowing for additional warm air recovery. By using a heat pump and photovoltaics combined with energy storage, we achieve a fully zero-energy building. When a building produces more energy than it consumes, it can be considered a "plus-energy" building.
