A luxurious bathing room conceived as a private sanctuary of calm, set within an exceptional apartment in the heart of the city.

The interior is built around a sophisticated palette of warm beige, cream and taupe, enriched by subtle mineral veining and refined, tactile surfaces. But the true essence of this space is light.

Thanks to its western exposure, every afternoon the bathing room is transformed by the setting sun. Soft amber light enters the interior, moving gently across the surfaces, revealing their depth, texture and subtle sheen. As the day draws to a close, the entire room becomes warmer, softer and more intimate, creating an atmosphere designed for complete relaxation.

Nothing here is accidental or excessive. Luxury is expressed through balance, proportion, materiality and the ever-changing natural light.

Quiet luxury. Golden light. Private ritual. Timeless design.

Luksusowy pokój kąpielowy zaprojektowany jako prywatna oaza spokoju w wyjątkowym apartamencie w samym sercu miasta.

Wnętrze opiera się na wyrafinowanej palecie ciepłych beżów, kremów i taupe, wzbogaconej subtelnym mineralnym rysunkiem i szlachetnymi, miękkimi w odbiorze powierzchniami. Jednak prawdziwą istotą tej przestrzeni jest światło.

Dzięki zachodniej ekspozycji każdego popołudnia pokój kąpielowy przechodzi niezwykłą metamorfozę. Bursztynowe światło zachodzącego słońca przenika do wnętrza, miękko przesuwając się po powierzchniach i wydobywając ich głębię, strukturę oraz delikatny połysk. Wraz ze zbliżającym się wieczorem przestrzeń staje się coraz cieplejsza, bardziej intymna i niezwykle kojąca.

Nie ma tu przypadkowości ani dekoracyjnego nadmiaru. Luksus wyraża się poprzez harmonię, proporcje, szlachetność materiałów i zmieniające się naturalne światło.

Above the city. Beyond the ordinary.

In the heart of Warsaw’s historic Mokotów district, we’ve created a private rooftop sanctuary where every square meter has been designed for living well.

The rooftop is divided into thoughtfully curated zones: an elegant dining area for long summer evenings, a comfortable lounge for everyday relaxation, spacious sunbathing terraces, a private wellness area with a whirlpool bath, a fully equipped gym, and an outdoor kitchen that transforms every gathering into a memorable experience.

Surrounded by greenery, natural materials and warm light, this rooftop proves that luxury isn’t about excess—it’s about creating spaces that make everyday life feel extraordinary.

Ponad miastem. Z dala od codziennego pośpiechu.

W samym sercu Starego Mokotowa w Warszawie stworzyliśmy prywatny ogród na dachu apartamentowca – miejsce, które łączy funkcjonalność, luksus i bliskość natury.

Przestrzeń została podzielona na kilka stref, dzięki którym dach staje się pełnoprawnym przedłużeniem apartamentu. Znajduje się tu elegancka jadalnia na letnie spotkania, komfortowa strefa wypoczynkowa, miejsce do kąpieli słonecznych, prywatna strefa wellness z whirlpool bath, siłownia oraz kuchnia, która pozwala celebrować wspólne chwile pod gołym niebem.

Otulony zielenią i skąpany w ciepłym świetle zachodzącego słońca taras pokazuje, że prawdziwy luksus to dobrze zaprojektowana przestrzeń, w której każdy dzień staje się wyjątkowy.

Jeśli Twój mąż ma drużynę piłkarską… taki pokój jest właściwie obowiązkowy. ⚽️

A jeśli po cichu wierzy, że kiedyś jego drużyna zagra na mundialu… tym bardziej. 😉

To wnętrze powstało z myślą o prawdziwych sportowych emocjach. Trzy telewizory pozwalają śledzić jednocześnie kilka wydarzeń na żywo, więc nie trzeba wybierać, który mecz oglądać.

Stylowa strefa baru z aneksem kuchennym sprawia, że wszystko jest pod ręką, a komfortowa część wypoczynkowa zaprasza do wspólnego kibicowania, świętowania zwycięstw i spędzania czasu z rodziną oraz przyjaciółmi.

Bo najlepsze piłkarskie wspomnienia nie zawsze powstają na stadionie. Czasem rodzą się właśnie tutaj.

Sometimes, great design begins by turning a familiar idea upside down.

At the entrance to Villa Tiara at Regnum Carya, we reinterpreted one of the most classic interior compositions. Traditionally, a textured wall serves as the backdrop for a round mirror above a console. We decided to reverse the roles.

Instead, the entire wall is finished in bronze-tinted mirror, while a sculptural circular artwork becomes the focal point. The mirror expands the space and reflects light, while the textured piece adds depth, warmth and character.

Sometimes, the most memorable interiors are created not by adding more, but by looking at familiar solutions from a different perspective.

Czasem dobry projekt polega na odwróceniu dobrze znanych schematów.

Projektując wejście do Villa Tiara w hotelu Regnum Carya, świadomie odwróciliśmy jedną z najbardziej klasycznych kompozycji we wnętrzach. Zazwyczaj to dekoracyjna, strukturalna ściana stanowi tło dla okrągłego lustra zawieszonego nad konsolą. My postanowiliśmy zamienić te role.

Całą ścianę wykończyliśmy lustrzaną taflą w ciepłym, brązowym odcieniu, a jej centralnym elementem stał się okrągły, strukturalny obraz. Lustro optycznie powiększa przestrzeń i odbija światło, natomiast dekoracja wprowadza fakturę, głębię i przyciąga wzrok już od pierwszego kroku.

Bo czasem dobry projekt nie polega na dodawaniu kolejnych elementów, ale na odważnym odwróceniu tego, co wydaje się oczywiste.

Naturalne materiały, miękkie tkaniny oraz ciepła, stonowana kolorystyka tworzą atmosferę, która pozwala zwolnić i odetchnąć. Duże przeszklenia otwierają wnętrze na zachwycającą zatokę, a Human Centric Lighting dopełnia naturalne światło, wspierając dobre samopoczucie od świtu aż do zachodu słońca.

To przestrzeń, w której każdy gość może poczuć się jak u siebie – otoczony ponadczasowym designem i pięknem natury.

Some places don’t need excess. All they need is natural light, authentic materials, and a breathtaking landscape that becomes part of everyday life.

Nestled in one of the most beautiful bays on the Bodrum Peninsula, this holiday home was designed to embrace its extraordinary surroundings. Inspired by the region’s architectural heritage, we chose natural, locally sourced materials—warm stone, oak wood, textured lime plaster, and handcrafted details—to create an interior that feels deeply connected to its place.

At the heart of the home is a spacious kitchen with a sculptural monolithic island, designed for shared cooking, long breakfasts, and unforgettable evenings with family and friends. Every element was carefully considered to balance functionality with the effortless elegance of Mediterranean living, allowing the spectacular views of the Aegean Sea to remain the true focal point.

A timeless retreat where architecture, craftsmanship, and nature exist in perfect harmony.

In this holiday home overlooking one of the most beautiful bays near Bodrum, every space was created to celebrate simplicity, light and timeless design.

This bedroom is intended for children or guests—a calm retreat where natural materials, soft textures and warm earthy tones create an atmosphere of comfort and serenity. The sculptural stone headboard, handcrafted details and gentle daylight emphasize the beauty of authentic materials.

For us, true luxury is not about excess. It is about thoughtful proportions, exceptional craftsmanship and materials that age beautifully, creating interiors designed for well-being and longevity.
